Fuel reservations are made in good faith and cannot be changed once created.
Once a business customer has completed the process to reserve and purchase fuel from a merchant, the reservation cannot be edited or changed by either party. All sales are final, and payments are non-refundable.
Customers are encouraged to work with suppliers who may offer special contract terms, allowing flexibility if a problem occurs. Suppliers can also make individual accommodations at their discretion for customers on a case by case basis.
