Most of us have bought a plane ticket online, and it's usually a pretty easy process. Reserving fuel on Gasology is no different.

What, when, and where

When making travel plans there are certain elements you already know – the type of flight you would like, when you want to go, and where you would like to go. Your favorite travel site will take these details and then provide you numerous flights and prices to choose from.

Similarly, with Gasology's Find Fuel manager, you can select the type of fuel you want, when you want it delivered, and where you would like your fuel to be delivered or picked up.

Search results

Using your search criteria, Gasology pulls fuel prices for future periods from suppliers on the platform and then displays them all in a clear, user-friendly grid. You are able to search for prices from suppliers available to you - that is, connected suppliers with whom you have an agreement.

Selection

Select a price you would like more information on. Review the offer details and enter the number of gallons you would like to reserve for your desired period. Click "Add to Cart" to view your reservation.

Reserve your gallons

Review your fuel reservation details, select your saved payment method, click the Reserve button, and your gallons are reserved at the location specified.

Well done! You have searched for, shopped, and reserved future fuel on Gasology.

If you would like to view your new or existing fuel reservations for your company, check out the Activity manager to get a bird’s eye view of your current fuel position. Fuel reservations will also be displayed on the Business Dashboard within your Fuel Wallet, and within the bar charts and period gauges.
