Request delivery for today

After reserving your fuel, you’ll need to request shipment when you want your fuel delivered.

Shipment requests signal to your supplier that you are ready to receive the fuel you have reserved at the specified vessel location.

For orders for today, you can request shipment immediately after making your reservation or request. On firm reservations, simply click the “Request Shipment” button after reserving your fuel to get started.

For indicative reservations for today, your request also acts as your shipment request. Once the seller accepts your offer, a shipment request will be automatically generated.

Requesting delivery today for same-day reservations

For spot firm reservations (fuel purchased to be delivered today), you can immediately create a request for shipment that will be sent directly to your supplier.

Once you have completed your reservation, click the orange Request Shipment button at the bottom of your purchase summary.

The Request Shipment window will appear. Fill in the number of gallons you would like delivered from your reservation, enter a purchase order number (optional), and any applicable shipping details.

Click Submit Request and review your shipment details. Click Confirm Request to send your shipment request to your supplier.

Your supplier will receive the request via email and on-platform notification. The shipment request will contain all relevant details, including your P.O. number.
