Merchant customers will receive invitations to connect with both their customers and suppliers.
When you receive invitations to connect, a notification will appear in the top right corner of the platform, as shown below:
To manage and accept invitations to connect, navigate to the Connectivity manager.
As an existing Gasology user, when another Gasology user invites you to connect on the platform, invitations will be listed in the Pending Invitations table. Details for who sent the request, when you received the invite, and any action you may need to take is listed.
Click Respond to open the invitation. If you would like to connect with the organization, click Accept Invite. You may also decline an invitation. After accepting your connection's invite, you are now connected on the marketplace. Your new connection will now show up in the Active Connections table.
