What if I cannot take delivery of my reserved fuel?

When users are unable to take delivery of their fuel, your options are determined and managed by the seller.

Let’s face it; sometimes, plans can change. When unforeseen circumstances arise, and you cannot pick up or receive your gallons, what happens to the reservation?

As a marketplace, Gasology does not stipulate what happens to your fuel if you cannot pick it up or take delivery. Instead, the Gasology merchant selling the product determines what options are available to you. These terms may be stated or negotiated when agreeing upon contract terms with a seller.

Transactions on Gasology are entered in good faith by both parties, where the merchant will make prompt delivery of the specified product per the terms of the purchase agreement, and the customer is expected to accept the delivery of the product they purchased in the agreed-upon timeframe. If the customer cannot take delivery of their product, they are encouraged to work with their supplier to reach an alternative agreement.

Because Gasology provides customers additional choice and control in purchasing their fuel, if a merchant has not provided options or flexibility in the terms of the sale, the customer must pay the agreed-upon fuel cost.

If you are unable to take delivery of or pick up your fuel and are unable to communicate with the seller, please contact Gasology Customer Support.
