What if my fuel is not available when I want to take delivery?

Gasology will either provide a refund, find an alternative pick up location, or locate an alternative fuel.

A rare situation may occur where a consumer cannot pick up gallons they have reserved due to the merchant’s inability to provide the product for the customer at the time of pick-up or delivery. On those occasions, Gasology will work with the customer and supplier to provide a satisfactory resolution in the form of a refund, an alternate pick-up location, or a superior fuel grade.

While the exact resolution will depend on the circumstances of the issue, it is important to know  you can rely on your fuel reservations with Gasology, and we will work hard to make sure your fuel is available when needed.
